Hunting and Fishing in Argentina: Photo Gallery
BIG GAME
Every big game photo on this page was taken on one of the four free-range ranches we own and run. Red stag is the flagship, hunted spot and stalk during the roar from March 1 to August 31, alongside water buffalo, blackbuck, axis deer, fallow deer and mouflon. See the ranches on our big game hunting page.
DUCK HUNTING
Argentina is the waterfowl mecca of South America, and these photos come from our own duck lodges. Season runs April to early August, with over 12 duck species and hunting both mornings and afternoons. Most of these were taken at San Martin Lodge and La Quebrada Lodge.
MIXED BAG WINGSHOOTING
Mixed bag means doves, pigeons, perdiz and ducks, often in the same trip. High-volume dove shooting runs year round in Entre Rios, decoyed pigeons in La Pampa, and from October to February you can pair doves with golden dorado on a cast and blast.
FLY-FISHING & BAIT CAST
Our fishing runs the length of the country. Golden dorado on the Parana with fly and bait cast at Dorado Lodges, Patagonian trout on the Collon Cura, and the world's largest sea-run brown trout on the Rio Grande at San Jose Lodge.
